• Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

3. Payment Methods

TCGMasterShop.com currently operates as a crypto-only shop. We accept the following payment option:

• Crypto payments via NOWPayments: You can pay using a wide range of supported cryptocurrencies (e.g. BTC, ETH, LTC and many more), processed by NOWPayments.

We do not currently accept credit cards, PayPal, or classic bank transfers as direct payment methods. All payments must be fully confirmed on the blockchain and by the payment provider before orders are processed or shipped.

Due to the volatile nature of cryptocurrencies, exchange rates, network fees and confirmation times are determined by the payment provider and blockchain network at the time of checkout. You are responsible for sending the correct amount to the correct network and address shown during payment.

4. Placing & Processing Orders

• Order Confirmation: After you place an order, we send an email acknowledging receipt. This confirmation is not our acceptance of your order; acceptance occurs when your crypto payment is confirmed and we start processing the order.
• Payment Confirmation: Orders are processed only after the payment has been successfully confirmed by the blockchain and NOWPayments.
• Order Cancellation: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion (for example, due to out-of-stock products, pricing errors, suspicion of fraud, or legal restrictions). In such cases we will inform you and, where possible, arrange a refund or credit according to our Refund Policy.

5. Pricing & Availability

• Pricing: All prices are displayed in EUR (or another currency if explicitly stated) on our website. We may update prices, offers and product information at any time without prior notice.
• Availability: Products are subject to availability. We cannot guarantee the availability of an item until your order has been accepted and confirmed by us.
• Crypto Exchange Rates: For crypto payments, the final amount to be sent is calculated by the payment provider at the time of checkout. This amount may differ from the approximate value you see in your wallet due to exchange fees and network conditions.

6. Shipping & Delivery

• Shipping Destinations: We ship to the destinations listed on our Shipping Policy. We do not ship to sanctioned or restricted countries.
• Costs & Times: Shipping costs (if any) and estimated delivery times are described in our Shipping Policy and at checkout.
• Delays: We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, local postal services, force majeure events or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

7. Returns & Refunds

• Eligibility: Returns are generally only possible for unopened and undamaged items within the specified period.
• Refund Form: For crypto payments, refunds (where applicable and agreed) may be processed as store credit, replacement products or – in some cases – as a crypto refund based on a fair EUR value at the time of refund. Network fees and volatility are taken into account as explained in our Returns Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on TCGMasterShop.com (including text, images, logos, design and software) is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by copyright, trademark and other applicable laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify or use our content without our prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use as allowed by law.

12. Seller of Record & Use of Service Providers

Seller of Record. TCGMasterShop.com (legal entity: TCGMasterShop.com, address: Eichendorffstr 2a, 57518 Betzdorf, Rheinland-Pfalz, Germany) is the seller and contracting party for all purchases made on this website. All purchase agreements are concluded with TCGMasterShop.com.

Service Providers. We may use third-party providers for warehousing, packaging, payment processing (e.g. NOWPayments) and shipping. These providers act on our instructions as service or fulfilment partners and do not enter into sales contracts with customers.

Prices, Payment & Invoicing. Prices shown are final prices inclusive of applicable VAT (where required) and exclusive of any customs/import costs. Payments for orders are made in cryptocurrency via NOWPayments. Invoices are issued by TCGMasterShop.com in EUR, reflecting the order value at checkout.

Shipping Origin & Delivery Times. Orders ship from European warehousing. Handling times for in-stock items and estimated transit times are communicated in our Shipping Policy and at checkout. Risk passes to you upon delivery to the address you provided.

Customs & Import. For deliveries outside your customs area, import duties and taxes may apply and are your responsibility. We indicate shipping origin transparently in our Shipping Policy.

Right of Withdrawal, Returns & Warranty. Statutory consumer rights apply where applicable. TCGMasterShop.com is your point of contact for withdrawal, returns, refunds and warranty claims. For crypto payments, refunds and adjustments are handled according to our Returns & Refunds Policy, taking into account exchange rates and network fees.
